Membership is open to all women residents residing in Lakeway, The City of The Hills and the Lakeway ETJ (Lakeway Extra Territorial Jurisdiction). Members who move outside these areas and/or non-resident property owners may become associate members. Our membership calendar year runs from June 1, through May 30. Dues are $40.00, and reduce to $20.00 for those joining after February 1.

We meet on the 4th Monday of each month, September -April, and the 3rd Monday in May.  We do not meet in December. Our meetings are held at The Flintrock Country Club, starting at 9:30 a.m. with a social/coffee  gathering, followed by a 10 a.m meeting and an interesting speaker.  An optional luncheon ($23) follows.

In addition to our monthly general meetings, we have more than 20 Special Interest Groups (SIGS) in which members can participate, as well as and Special Events throughout the year.

A New Member Application can be found  to the RIGHT!

Membership maintains the complete roster of information for all members, so we ask that you always advise us when there is any change in your information—i.e.  address, email, phone number, or name to assure that we always have current  information. This up to date data base helps to insure that you receive the Newsletter, and timely communications about special events, club news, and SIG activities.

Also, please remember to update us if you have had a change in contact information. You can send those changes to me at

New Member Mentoring Program

The Mentor Program allows us the special privilege of introducing and helping new members navigate the many opportunities to get motivated and involved with the club.

There are many Special Interest Groups provided for your enjoyment and interesting speakers each month from September through April.

Our goal is to introduce you to over 500 women who enjoy the monthly activities and promote friendships.

Please refer to the current WCGL Newsletter for upcoming events.

We have enjoyed welcoming so many New Members this year (66+ since June 2019) and hope we have made you know how happy we are that you joined us. We hope that you have made some wonderful relationships among your Class of 2019/2020 and have ventured out into the varied Special Interest Groups (SIGs) our Club offers.

The Mentor Program has allowed us the privilege of introducing new members to our SIGs, our Executive Board, special events and activities and to each other. We feel fortunate to have hosted three New Member social gatherings, and, of course, are deeply saddened that our last event planned for April had to be canceled.

We hope we have helped you with new acquaintances and the information you need to become active and to enjoy the conviviality that our Club offers. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. We pray for your good health and look forward to seeing y’all in September.
